Value Added Services

International Admiralty Chart Agents - IACAs International Admiralty Chart Agents (IACAs) maintain a comprehensive worldwide stock of Admiralty Charts and Publications and also provide a range of Value Added Services. A number of IACAs are ISO9002 accredited. The Value Added Services provided by IACAs offer the following benefits:

Immediate supply of Admiralty products from an extensive stock.
Assurance that vessels have all the correction information required for Admiralty products through the automatic weekly supply of NMs.
Assurance that all Admiralty Charts are fully corrected at the time of despatch for latest published NMs.
The supply of weekly NM Correction Tracings.
Provision on request of tailored sets of NMs applicable for each Admiralty publication purchased.
Assurance that customers are aware of the latest Admiralty products with automatic notification (and supply if required) of all New Editions of those products appropriate to a vessels' current trading pattern.
Assurance for ship's officers that they have applied all the necessary NMs through the supply of weekly lists of applicable corrections specific to those Admiralty products held on board.
Simplified control and inspection routines for ship owners and operators through provision of a clear audit trail.

This range of Folio Management Services provides a powerful aid for ship masters, owners and operators alike, particularly those responsible for ship safety management plans required under the International Safety Management Code. Other Authorised Chart Agents / Distributors hold in stock a broad range of digital and /or paper Admiralty products. All* supply Admiralty Charts corrected for the latest published NMs.

The majority of Distributors of paper products also provide some of the value added services offered by IACAs and to an equivalent standard.

*There are currently four Distributors listed who do not supply charts corrected to the latest published NMs. These are shown as Non-Correcting Distributors.

Official Sub-Distributors
Official Sub-Distributors are appointed and provisioned by IACAs and other Authorised Chart Agents/ Distributors to stock and supply Admiralty products and services to customers on behalf of the authorised agents.
